I have been emailing my local member for years about the asymmetric treatment of Palestinian and JCA views on this conflict compared to the Zionist viewpoint. The response has always been anodyne basically parroting “it’s complicated.” The only way to change the response of the government and AFP is through the threat of the ballot box. Those who are alive to the issue need to start coordinating targeted campaigns against sitting members actively complicit in this genocide. The lobby supporting the abrogation of the rules based order is tiny compared to the electorate. Coalesce and throw them out. Action will swiftly follow.
