Some context:
On August 24, wanted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu and his defence minister, Israel Katz, warned Palestinian children against flying kites and balloons in the Gaza Strip.
The warning came after Israeli forces killed four-year-old Mohammed Abdel Salam Taha in an attack on a warehouse.
Israel – a nuclear power – has slaughtered at least 21,000 children in its ongoing genocide in Gaza, and at least 1,334 Palestinians since a so-called ceasefire was announced last October.
The threat on kites lacks any operational basis, with the Israeli military confirming there were no explosives in the 10 kites it found and that they were flown by children, according to Al Jazeera.
