So free speech for Newman, but forward contentious emails to the authorities.

The NPC has platformed a genocide supporter. At this stage in the genocide. Nothing that Reilly is reported to have said here defends that decision. His arguments are as shabby as they are tiresome.

This chap is really just Exhibit A, or Z, or something. Evidence of the extraordinary power of the Zionist lobby, which has so gulled the world that people like him will enthusiastically promote evil as though it isn't.

“The authors of these emails should reflect that their communications are read by our front line and mainly young and female staff. They are not fair game, and the club takes its duty of care very seriously to protect them,” THIS is deflection and disgusting, how dare he pretend to be the great protector of “young and female staff” while promoting the ambassador of a Genocidal entity to platform their propaganda. Shameful.

Thanks for covering this Deepcut. I received one of those emails and I was appalled on so many levels. It feels symptomatic of the bubble of unreality that has enveloped Board / Executive levels. The lack of awareness and critical thinking is extraordinary. It may well be deliberate (and calculated), but I do wonder whether it's a product of propagandistic corporate/mainstream reporting (based on the extent of the Board/CEO missteps, particularly in the creative sector). Seeing mis/dis information wilfully bleed into corporate public statements is highly telling. If the corporate/mainstream media was doing its job as it should, I don't think we'd be seeing a whole class of so-called leadership out of touch with reality (legally, morally, culturally). It's staggering really.

I think the Israeli envoy Hillel Newman has the right to speck at the NPC this is not to say that I agree with Israeli envoy Hillel Newman but the NPC should give equal time and weight to the counter argument. If the NPC does not give equal time then we know the game is fixed by organization with a great deal of power.

I think Chris Hedges, a Pulitzer prize-winning journalist, also had a right to speak to the NPC about the killing of journalists in Gaza. What subject matter could be more relevant to the National Press Club? But no, he was cancelled. And then they lied about the cancellation, saying it was just a draft indivation, when they had already sent him a confirmation email.

They also had invited Chris Hedges, as I recall.

Mercurial I agree Chris Hedges was cancelled the point I am trying to make is there is an organisations that do not care about the genocide and it is influencing politicians, political parties, organisation, main stream media through out the world with very little residents if you speck against then you are cancelled, it is like something out of a Star Wars movie the evil empire.

This organisation has invested millions co-opting politian's you only have to look at NSW in making sure its voice is the loudest and it is winning the debate. Another orgaisaiton NPC that has been co-opted into the sphere of influence.

Great to see organisaiton like deepcut running with these issues the main stream media will not go near it.
