Thank you for articulating clearly what is happening and what has been agreed to without the permission of the Australian people..this shames us all..particularly coming from a Labor Government..we desperately need another Gough Whitlam..

Well said 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Beautiful article with clear expression of Australian values. Why does Albo stand for nothing and bow to the ground bent over backwards for the greedy one? Not a Whitlam bone is his body!

Elizabeth Chandler's avatar

Correct in every detail . To even mention Albanese in the same sentence as Gough , as if he might ever begin to measure up to Gough’s toenail , is an insult to everything that Gough stood for . ( I feel your pain 😡)

Albo likened to Benny Hill! Would have laughed more but sad we don’t have a leader at all, just a follower who doesn’t see the world walking in opposite direction on the ai path.

Elizabeth Chandler's avatar

This failure of judgement and leadership in itself makes him unfit for office . Unforgivable .

As previously mentioned.

Albo isn't a leader. He's a manager.

Whatever he does, he still gets well paid and as a career public servant, is counting the days till retirement. Where he'll enjoy the benefits of his superannuation and coastal retreat.

So sickeningly true 🤮🤮😡😡

I'm lost for words. Has Albo got an undiagnosed brain disease?

Elizabeth Chandler's avatar

Its name might probably be the grovelling disease …..

Richard writes beautifully to whip up the wind and fury, with memorable sentences. I understand his point too well, however I think we need practical advice and solutions too.

You make Keating’s assessment of Albanese as ‘timid’ seem mild

Elizabeth Chandler's avatar

I suspect Keating would have several more incisive adjectives for him . 😆

Thank you so much for this article . To even begin to compare the visionary leadership of Gough Whitlam with this present

grovelling excuse for a Prime Minister is insulting to Gough . ( I’m sure he would have an acid drop reply to such a comparison , which is the very point you are making .) How far we have plummeted since the disgraceful removal of Gough . It becomes clearer every day

that “betrayal “ is far too kind a word to use for what Albanese is doing to our multicultural nation . The guy who is opening more coal and gas mines while Pacific Island nations may well sink into the ocean . Does he care ? No . He has other priorities, to his eternal shame .
