For independent journalism to thrive, we need the support of our community.

We have no billionaires backing us, nor do we want them. We have no cashed up lobby groups in our ears, because lobbyists shouldn’t determine what you should or shouldn’t see, hear or read.

This work is essential at a time when our democratic rights are eroding. Times are tough, but without solidarity and community, the powerful will continue to get away with their actions with full impunity.

So, here are a few ways you can support us:

1. Follow us on socials and engage

An easy way to support is by following us on Instagram and subscribing to our YouTube channel.

We strongly encourage you to engage with our posts (like, share, comment) to combat algorithmic censorship by the tech giants.

2. Subscribe to our Substack

Subscribing is free and will ensure everything we post here lands in your inbox. We created Deepcut with the intent on keeping our journalism free, as we believe it to be an essential public service.

3. Donate

If you don’t want to receive our newsletter but want to support us anyway, you can!

4. Tell your family and friends

Spread the word, there’s independent journalism out there doing the work mainstream media won’t! Send your family and friends links to our work, encourage them to subscribe or, if you’re thinking of a gift idea, give them a gift subscription!
